Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Yuna, you have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to return your product.

The Key Rules:

• Timeframe: You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return
• Condition: The product must be undamaged, unused and (where possible) in its original packaging
• Costs: Return shipping costs are at your own expense

How To Return Your Order:

1. Register your return: Send an email to support@yunaworlds.com within 14 days, including your order number
2. Send your package: Pack the item securely and send it to our return address (see below). Make sure to keep your proof of postage!
3. Refund: Once we have received the package in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 business days
