Welcome to Yuna. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop yunaworlds.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

  • Yuna: The party using these terms and conditions
  • Customer: The natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Yuna
  • Agreement: The arrangement between Yuna and the customer for the delivery of products

2. Offers and Prices

  • All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs (unless otherwise stated)
  • Yuna is not bound by obvious mistakes or errors in the offer (such as clear pricing errors)
  • Images are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual product

3. Payment and Orders

  • An agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and payment has been successfully completed
  • We offer various secure payment methods. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after payment

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Yuna aims to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. The indicative delivery time is stated on the product page
  • The risk of damage or loss of products lies with Yuna until the moment of delivery to the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason
  • After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the product
  • The product must be returned to Yuna with all delivered accessories and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product was delivered defective

6. Warranty and Complaints

  • As stated on our Warranty page, Yuna offers 1 year warranty on manufacturing defects
  • Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted fully and clearly within a reasonable time (no later than 7 days after discovery) via support@yunaworlds.com

7. Liability

  • Yuna is not liable for indirect damage, such as consequential loss or lost profits
  • Total liability is limited to a maximum of the amount of the relevant invoice

8. Applicable Law

  • All agreements between Yuna and the customer are governed exclusively by Dutch law
